Die Konferenz findet im Internationalen Kongresszentrum in Katowice statt. Es befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und den Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten entfernt.
Das Internationale Kongresszentrum in Katowice ist ein modernes und preisgekröntes Veranstaltungszentrum, das bereits große internationale Gipfel wie die UN-Konferenzen World Urban Forum 2022 und Climate Change Conference 2018 beherbergt hat.
Wir werden mehrere Bereiche für Programmsitzungen, Haupthalleveranstaltungen, informelles Networking und soziale Erlebnisse nutzen. Der Veranstaltungsort befindet sich in der Nähe des Schlesischen Museums und der Gebäude des Nationales Symphonieorchesters des Polnischen Rundfunks und hat viele Grünfläche um sich herum. Er bietet eine sehr hohe Qualität der audiovisuellen Einrichtungen und selbstverständlich das dringend benötigte Hochgeschwindigkeitsinternet, das für großen Verkehr designt ist. Er verfügt auch über ein interessantes Interieur und Architekturdesign, das mit der Geschichte der Region verbunden ist. Der Veranstaltungsort ist außerdem in allen Bereichen, die wir nutzen werden, vollständig zugänglich. Es wird auch Platz für Gebetsräume und Ruhezonen geben.

Conference space layout can be seen on the image above. The 2nd floor will house most of the program activities in rooms described below. Gdańsk and Kyiv are available from the 1st floor (with Auditorium having entrance from the ground floor as well).
