Κάλεσμα για υποβολή προτάσεων για το πρόγραμμα της Βικιμανίας 2025
Τώρα αξιολογούμε τις προτάσεις που μας στείλατε. Θα ανακοινώσουμε τις αποφάσεις για το ποιες προτάσεις θα εγκριθούν τον Μάιο.

Η Καρδιά της Βικιμανίας 2025
Το θέμα της Βικιμανίας του 2025 είναι ""Η Βικιμανία γίνεται 20 ετών: Συμπερίληψη. Αντίκτυπος. Βιωσιμότητα'. Το θέμα της υπογραμμίζει το όραμά μας για ένα κίνημα Wikimedia που είναι προσβάσιμο σε όλους, προωθεί τη συνεργασία μεταξύ διαφορετικών κοινοτήτων και δίνει προτεραιότητα στη μακροπρόθεσμη βιωσιμότητα του κινήματος. Καθώς γιορτάζουμε την 20η επέτειο από την έναρξη του συνεδρίου της Βικιμανίας, αυτό το θέμα υπογραμμίζει τη δέσμευσή μας για την αντιμετώπιση παγκόσμιων προκλήσεων, την προώθηση της συμπεριληπτικότητας και τη διασφάλιση της βιωσιμότητας της δωρεάν γνώσης για τις επόμενες γενιές. Επομένως, η υποβολή σας θα πρέπει να έχει στοιχεία που συνδέονται με τουλάχιστον μία από αυτές τις θεματικές.
- Συμπερίληψη: Η Βικιμανία θα είναι μια ευκαιρία να παρουσιαστούν περιφερειακές και θεματικές ομάδες ως παραδείγματα συμπερίληψης μέσα στο κίνημα: διαφορετικές εθελοντικές ομάδες, άτομα και σωματεία/παραρτήματα/ομάδες χρηστών, σε διαφορετικά στάδια ανάπτυξης, προερχόμενα από διαφορετικούς πολιτισμούς, τα οποία αλληλεπιδρούν στενά και συνεργάζονται με δίκαιο τρόπο.
- Αντίκτυπος: Ως μια παγκόσμια εκδήλωση η Βικιμανία είναι ένας τρόπος για να μάθετε από τους άλλους και να μοιραστείτε γνώσεις όπως π.χ. διάφορες εκδηλώσεις που κάνετε στη χώρα σας, χρήση εργαλείων, οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων, θέματα διοίκησης των σωματείων και των συνεργατών του ιδρύματος Wikimedia, διαδικτυακές καμπάνιες και διαγωνισμοί λημματογράφησης, επίλυση προβλημάτων που σχετίζονται με το Βίκι και πολλά άλλα.
- 'Βιωσιμότητα: Η Βικιμανία του 2025 θα είναι σημαντική καθώς πολλοί Βικιπαιδιστές θα συζητήσουν διάφορες στρατηγικές και ζητήματα που αφορούν το κίνημα Wikimedia και άλλες τρέχουσες και μελλοντικές προτεραιότητες που αντιμετωπίζει το κίνημά μας, από την τεχνολογία μέχρι την πολιτική που επηρεάζει το κίνημα σε όλο τον κόσμο.
Θεματικές
Γνωρίζουμε ότι οι Βικιπαιδιστές έχουν κάνει καταπληκτική δουλειά στην κοινότητα και πέρα από αυτήν και είναι πρόθυμοι να μοιραστούν αυτά που κάνουν στη Βικιμανία. Για να διευκολύνουμε την διαδικασία υποβολής προτείνουμε η παρουσίαση σας να καλύπτει κάποια από τις 12 ευρείες θεματικές. Πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις θεματικές, τις κατηγορίες και τις υποκατηγορίες τους μπορείτε να βρείτε παρακάτω. Σκεφτείτε ποια ταιριάζει καλύτερα στην πρότασης. Εάν πιστεύετε ότι η υποβολή σας ισχύει για περισσότερα από ένα κομμάτια, μπορείτε να διευκρινίσετε μια δεύτερη θεματική για την πρόταση σας.

Session formats
We will support onsite, virtual, and hybrid sessions. We'll share more on the logistics side at a later date. Now though, we can confirm that:
- Virtual sessions can be delivered live by dialing in or in a pre-recorded format. However, we advise all virtual speakers to record their session ahead of time for backup in case of connectivity issues.
- Both presenters and the audience may dial in to take part in hybrid sessions. However, live interactions between the remote and onsite participants may be limited.
Session types
We intend to have a number of programming formats including lectures and presentations, panel discussions, lightning talks and workshops among others - all focused on sharing and skills development. There will also be sessions dedicated to social interaction. We are also open to new or original program format ideas, including combinations of types.

Διαδικασία αξιολόγησης των προτάσεων
- Proposals that are received during the submission period through Eventyay will be reviewed by the Program Committee.
- Each submission will be rated on a variety of factors including but not limited to the likely level of impact and expected outcomes; expected community interest; and how well-connected the submission is to the theme or a focus area. Committee scores will be averaged and the top portion of submissions will be accepted as they fit into the schedule.
- If there are multiple similar submissions on the same topic, the Program Committee may suggest combining these submissions.
Programming working group
The application for the programming working group has ended. Review period will last approximately 4 weeks and will run from early April to early May. The estimated total time commitment is 10 total hours per volunteer.
